Reservation & Deposit Policy

A $150 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure a reservation with Onyx Executive Transportation. Reservations are not guaranteed until the deposit is received and the booking is confirmed. The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment terms provided at confirmation. Failure to pay the remaining balance when due may result in cancellation of service.

Pricing Policy

The current promotional rate is $125 per hour with a 4-hour minimum. The minimum service total is $500. Additional hours after the 4-hour minimum are billed at $75 per hour, subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability. Pricing may vary for holidays, peak demand dates, special events, late-night service, extended travel distance, route changes, wait time, cleaning, damage, tolls, parking, or other special accommodations.

Service Extension / Overtime Policy

Service extensions requested during an active reservation are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability. If the vehicle has another client scheduled after the current service block, an extension may be unavailable or may require premium overtime fees due to schedule adjustments, dispatch changes, or the impact on a pre-booked reservation. All additional time must be approved before the scheduled end time, and any approved overtime or premium extension charges must be paid before service continues.

Passenger Capacity Policy

The limousine accommodates a maximum of 6 passengers. Passenger capacity limits are strictly enforced for safety, comfort, insurance, and regulatory compliance. The chauffeur may refuse service if the passenger count exceeds the approved vehicle capacity.

Included Accommodations

Standard limousine reservations include a professional chauffeur, fuel, and complimentary bottled waters. Additional requests, upgraded accommodations, executive protection services, route changes, or special event requirements may result in additional charges.

Client Conduct Policy

Clients and passengers are expected to behave respectfully and safely at all times. Onyx Executive Transportation reserves the right to refuse or terminate service without refund if passengers engage in unsafe, abusive, illegal, destructive, excessively disruptive, or noncompliant behavior.

Vehicle Care, Cleaning & Damage Policy

Clients are responsible for any excessive cleaning, spills, stains, odors, broken items, or damage caused by passengers during the reservation. Additional cleaning or damage fees may be charged when necessary.

Alcohol, Smoking & Substance Policy

All passengers must comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding alcohol, smoking, controlled substances, and passenger conduct. Smoking, vaping, illegal substances, and unlawful activity are prohibited inside the vehicle. The chauffeur may terminate service if unlawful or unsafe activity occurs.

Cancellations & Refunds

The $150 booking deposit is nonrefundable. Cancellation terms for any additional payments, remaining balances, rescheduling requests, or special event reservations will be determined according to the confirmation agreement provided at the time of booking.

Availability Disclaimer

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee service. Reservations are subject to vehicle availability, chauffeur availability, route feasibility, scheduling, payment confirmation, and final approval by Onyx Executive Transportation.

Executive Protection Disclaimer

Executive Protection Services are available by consultation only and are not included in standard limousine transportation. Any executive protection request requires separate review, availability confirmation, service scope approval, staffing approval, and pricing. Onyx Executive Transportation does not guarantee the prevention of all risks, disruptions, delays, incidents, or third-party actions.

Regulatory Disclaimer

All transportation services are subject to applicable local, state, and federal laws, transportation regulations, permitting requirements, licensing requirements, insurance requirements, road conditions, traffic laws, venue rules, airport rules, and public safety directives. Service may be modified, delayed, or refused when required for safety, legal compliance, or operational reasons.

Safety & Delay Disclaimer

Onyx Executive Transportation is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, accidents, law enforcement activity, venue restrictions, airport delays, mechanical issues, emergencies, or circumstances outside the company's reasonable control. Safety and legal compliance remain the priority at all times.

Right to Refuse Service

Onyx Executive Transportation reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service if a booking violates company policy, exceeds vehicle capacity, presents a safety concern, involves illegal activity, or creates unreasonable risk to passengers, staff, the vehicle, or the public.

Vehicle & Brand Disclaimer

Vehicle images are used to represent the limousine available for booking. Specific vehicle availability is subject to scheduling, maintenance, and operational requirements. Onyx Executive Transportation is an independent transportation business and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Cadillac or any vehicle manufacturer.
